I have decided to start a new curriculum for AB. Previously, I had been getting things from different places and it was a bit overwhelming. Now I will be doing the curriculum from Confessions of a Homeschooler. AB has done several things from here already, so you might see a few repeated activities. We will start with A again but this time, incorporate the letter sounds and do calendar time. I'm hoping doing the Confessions' curriculum will help me, in being more organized. I will inevitably add a thing or two from other blogs but it will be nice to know I won't have to look in all kinds of different places to get stuff.
It has been two months since AB has turned two and school time hasn't been the most consistent all the time. AB and myself will be going on a two week vacation again soon and I hate that we will be in a good routine (hopefully) and we will have to stop. But if I think about things in a more positive way, maybe the next few weeks are a good way to have a trial run and then if it isn't working, gives me time to rethink how to make it work better. Lets just hope it works out well the first time around though! lol
